Ford and Puerto Rico

Hey everyone, I hope your days are filled with cheers and beers so far this holiday.

I wanted to let you all know that we do have an injured donkey out there this holiday season.

I received a call today that Ford went to the hospital this past Friday after a week of sickness and stomach pain. Once at the hospital, doctors were puzzled at the source of ford's ailments and ordered a cat scan. Upon receiving the results, ford was rushed to emergency surgery to have is appendix removed as result of a massive infection. Ford may very well spend Christmas at the hospital ,as it is currently unknown when his condition will stabilize. Ford was able to speak to me by phone and was sounding well. The main concern that he had to speak with the Dr's about was how long it would be before he could surf again. They said it may be up to two months.

Please keep Ford and his family in your thoughts this holiday and If you are in San Diego give him a call to cheer him up.

On a more positive note: I am off to Puerto Rico on Tuesday to be with Stefan and Summer for a week and the surf forecast is looking REEEEEEEEEL Nice.
