6. Meet John McKain @ his car @ 9:45 am for tailgating (he is bringing meat, grill, and an iced 30 pack)


7. Grill out and More boozing


8. 12:00 pm Race Starts


9. Get R’ Done


10. Checkered Flag


11. Train departs to bring us home 1 hour after checkered flag

Letter from Steve at the Surf Camp:

"I can still fit your group of 5 people in, but your group will close the surf camp. I will go ahead and pencil you in for 5 people.

Your next step is for each person to fill out a booking form and mail it back to me with their deposit check. There is a seven day period that I continue to save your reservation for, to give everyone to fill out their form and mail it in to me.
I am attaching the booking form to this email. Please forward it to each of your group members and remind them that there is a deadline to mail it back to me.

Sorry, I don't normally push the deadline very much, but due to the fact that this will close the camp for that week, I have to ask that everyone comply with this. This is when you will find out who really wants to go and those who say they want to, but their wives won't let them.

Yes, if you want to rent a private bus, the cost will be $200 each way. (Actually it is $250, but I will apply the regular bus ticket cost, $10 each)."
